I only eat non-game poultry and fish. Semi-vegetarian, all the way! (I have been, also, vegan and ovo-lacto vegetarian, though.)
Meat Lovers....

I'm a meat-lover, I'm crazy about roast beef and rib-eye steaks. I also love lamb loin chops and other meats.

Venison. It's much leaner than beef.

Chicken

I love all meat but chicken is my favorite! I eat chicken every single day and I think I could eat it for all three meals a day and never get tired of it!

I really love beef. I'm anemic so I need the iron, but I've loved it since stopping a vegetarian diet years ago during my first pregnancy.
I'm not crazy about chicken unless it's fried or IN something like chicken pot pie (home made only) or chicken and dumplings.
I also love fish. Raw fish is my favorite, but we eat a lot of fish year round, but even more during Lent.
That being said I try to have a meat free dinner at least once a week or 10 days or so. My Man has high cholesterol, and he could use the break. Of course, he's a bacon fiend, so it's hard to do. I did make a wonderful vegetarian minestrone soup Friday for dinner and he ate a bunch of it. MMMM.

Grilled steak, rare. YUMMM

Pork is my favorite--as long as it's from pastured pigs. Factory-farmed pork is lean (i.e. dry) and flavorless.. If you get the chance to try pasture raised pork, you will NEVER go back. It's tender and oh so flavorful.. Like night and day..

Give me a nice medium rare steak, and I'd be a happy man.

I can't settle on just one, so I /randomed and got "fish"

OMG WHY IS PORK SO LOW ON THE LIST!?!?! yall know bacon is made of pork right?

It was a tie between pork, fish, and other for me. In my case "other" would be duck, because it's the tastiest thing I've ever eaten and I love it. However, I get a hold of it rarely since I've moved away from most of my friends that hunt and it's pretty expensive at a restaurant. Pork is like a 4-legged duck substitute, and cooks well with all sorts of fruit. Yum!
In the end though, fish won. Because if you ask me what I want to eat on a given day more than half the time you'll get the answer "FISH!" and lots of jumping up and down. Sushi is something I absolutely need, and smoked fish is heavenly, and cooked fish and fish dumplings and fish soup and calamari (because squid is kind of fish) all make me impossibly happy on a near-daily basis. Also it's good for you, which is more than most health-conscious people will say for pork (sad).

Calm down, pirate, and be happy: everyone you love loves bacon as much as you do. I was saddened too, but I'm more puzzled about why chicken is so high on the list when there's so many other tasty animals to eat. =/
