I've known for some time that marijuana lacks many of the carcinogens associated with tobacco smoking. I don't smoke it myself, but it's nice to know that the laws are beginning to change.
I am a bit curious about it, but I tend to avoid any mind-altering substances as a personal choice. I don't frown on responsible use, I just don't feel drawn to using them.

This doesn't change my views on it but I am calling BS on it being completely harmless and non-cancer causing. Any heavy amount of smoke you take into your lungs can get you closer to cancer.
And for those who are like "It's used to treat cancer and must be harmless! Why would they give something harmful to people?" There have been a number of drugs, LSD and cocaine being some examples, that were used to treat things for years before they figured out they actually did more harm. Not saying weed is harmful, but it's not as harmless as people keep thinking it is.
