We could do it if only for a month. There's only two of us. We'd have to have internet though.
Could you live in a RV with your family for a month?

We lived for an entire summer in a one bedroom apartment with a 1 year old, two teenagers and two adults. It can be done but you have to plan to do LOTS of stuff outside. We found a "play place" like a park, or fast food joint (we'd buy a soda or something and then let the baby play) is a life saver. You can pack a lunch, wear out the little one and then have the rest of the evening to yourselves.

To be really soothing the lead character in the Shining was a "dry drunk" so he was susceptible to hallucinations and the like from the get go. Focus on your goal- a new home and you'll do just fine.

We can and have actually, we lived at a campground for a whole summer about five years ago and a good month or two of that was in an RV (the rest was in a tent).
It's just my mother, the dog, and I; we all get along wonderfully so it would be a walk in the park for us.

No way, the house is just big enough as it is, much less in a small RV. There would definitely be problems.

There's not many of us, I'm pretty sure we could do it.

I would probably sleep outdoors first. It would depend on how freezing it is, although I might just go sneak an air mattress into my office and sleep there.

Right? Everytime we think we are gonna move soon, another thing comes up. Least you get a house. lol. We are moving in to a trailer. It's nice cause it's a nice sized one and a large yard. But there's just sooo many permits on top of permits plus we had to pay the past taxed from the people who sold it to us. And or some reason we need hurricane ties even though we are in central PA. Just soo much. Hope it goes smoother for you guys! haha. I can't imagine doing this with a small child.

you might like each other more in the end. it actually sounds like something that every family should do once.
01/15/2013
No way!
01/15/2013
It would depend on your family dynamic, but I don't think we could do it and come out unscathed.
01/15/2013
Absolutely not. We'd all go nuts! lol My child is super hyper and likes to have tons of room to play.
