England or Ireland because I was a ambassador and spent a month there. Absolutely loved it! The people are just amazing. I would love to live in Germany as well because my father was stationed over there was he was in the Army and the stories I have heard make Germany sound like a pretty sweet place to live!

Realistically, you would want to choose one in which you could speak the language or learn rather quickly. I would choose Australia, Ireland, or Canada.
