France or Holland. Grew up in France, love it. The Dutch are just cool and very friendly. I lived in Belgium too..meh..rains too much and the people are friendlier in the northern (flemish) half..besides its cleaner in that part too.

I'd probably say Canada, I feel like that would be the least amount of culture shock. If I was feeling more adventurous then maybe France. Since French and English are the only languages I can hold a conversation in, it kind of limits my options.
