I have an iPhone, which takes amazing photos but I also have two full size DSLRs and an interchangeable lens mirrorless camera. I also have film cameras but I don't use them for travel.

I normally just use my camera. If friends/family brought a better one I ask them to send me copies since they'll probably be better quality.

I mostly use my Olympus Pen Mini camera (I love that thing!! ). My phone camera is pretty sucky (my phone is three or four years old though) so I only use that when I have nothing else. I'd like to get a little point-and-shoot camera though just for its easiness to take a long, since I only have one lens for my mini.

True, but they have no real optical zoom. That is the downfall that probably won't change.

I use all of my cameras- I have a simple pocket-size Kodak, I have a a Fujifilm digital and a film camera with several lenses. I also use my cell phone, which has a high enough resolution to get some pretty great shots.
