I do a lot of different things, but every time will will do cardio, then pick either arms, core, or back to focus on.

I do Zumba 4x per week
TRX 2x per week
weight training 2x per week
abs workout 1x + per week
Yoga 2x per week
Turbo Kick 2x per week
body correction workout 4x per week
I think that's about it, oh, I climb 2 flights of stairs at least 2x daily
that probably covers it all.
looks like a total of 13 + hours per week - wow, that's a lot!
then on Fri. & Sat. nights I dance for at least 3 hours each night.
I'd say I'm getting plenty of exercise.

I need too I have a Wii fit and have only used it twice. It is hard trying to do anything and my 2 yr old all up in my space. I am actually trying to figure out when I can fit it in without her around.

i lift weights 3-4 times per week. i have found, in general, women tend to like the look of men who frequently lift weights verse the look of men who frequently run many miles a week.

Yes, mainly walking, my gazelle or my stationary bike. I also like aerobics & dance videos & games & yoga. I also love to swim in the summer. I wish I could exercise a bit more but it kills my scoliosis.
