I used to run, but getting to my campus gym isn't always time convenient. And who wants to go in the winter? I discovered ashtanga yoga two years ago, and haven't looked back.

I take walks. I was in great shape when I also lifted light weights and stretched, and am always saying I am going to get back to that. Ass is sagging, so I really should.

A group of us from work all go to the gym together and just motivate each other, so there's treadmill walking/ running, weights, squats, all the other machines.

I just do some sit ups and pushups while I wait for my food to cook every day. It's not much, but I've noticed it is helping me get a little more toned.

I go to the gym 5 days a week. On the weekends I take water-fitness classes and during the week days I just use the equipment or take other classes.
