Oh...just read all the minor comments. If that were the case, I'd run. I'm a single mom, and I'm always paranoid about creeps.

I would have a lot of questions, and what I would do would depend on the answer. Like many people have said, if it was a 15 year old sending him nudie photos to get off to when he was 18 I would be a lot less worried than if it was ... Inappropriate photos of a young kid or someone raping a dog or something. Stupid teenagers make stupid mistakes, but the other things would be a cause for a huge re-think of the relationship.

It would depend on what the inappropriate sexual materials were. Anything involving minors is not okay with me so a relationship of any kind would be a no go.

EF has asked to not put the child word and the p-word next to each other when responding.

Personally, I know what kind of a kid I was, and if I had a camera-phone at the age of 15, I'm sure I would have been one of those kids who ... more
Still have to say the same as I said above. Minor is minor. I was a kid that was also a teenager when what happened to me happened. Didn't make it any less of a horrid act on his part just because I'd crossed over into my teen years. HE is wrong. No way is the kid wrong. Not even!

It depends on a lot of factors, so its a big maybe.

It would definitely depend on what it was. I couldn't excuse any explicit materials involving minors or non-consenting parties. If it was something where everyone involved was (legally) consenting, even if the material in itself wasn't necessarily legal, I would be willing to consider it.

I agree with Ryuson.

Other: if this question is about an adult with that material, then yes, a conviction for possession would send me running the other way.

maybe. it depends on the crime. if it involved child porn, it's over. if it was...i can't think of another example. it just depends on the details. how does this newly learned info make you feel about the person?

To be convicted means that there is a strong possibility that it was true and beyond innapropriate.

Uhhhh no. Not if it involved kids and even if it involved teens I would still be creeped out.
A while back I was interested in a guy who I ended up catching breaking rules on a site when it comes to contacting minors. He was leaving inappropriate comments on their photos. Now, this site shouldn't have let thirteen-year-olds put up lascivious photos in the first place but still it grossed me out and I reported him even though I liked him.
If I would do that for something that minor, I can't see myself being buddies with someone who did anything more serious.
Now, if it was just some ridiculous obscenity crime? I dunno.
