I have a busy schedule and went from working out 4 times a week to 1 if that. What is your routine?

It varies a lot between different times of year. During the school year I work a much more hectic and weird schedule (with a mix of daytime and evening/night hours), but during breaks and the summer I'm on a pretty standard 8-5 timeframe. So when I've got the time I'll try to work out 2-3 times a week, the rest of the time...not so much. I do a lot of walking and walk the mile to and from work pretty frequently, so I'm going to say about once a week is fair.

I vary anywhere from 4-6 times a week. I strive for 5, though.

I don't regularly work out. Mostly from being lazy, and mostly from having such an irregular work schedule that it's difficult to do anything on a regular basis outside of work.

I just recently started working out and hired a personal trainer right now cause life is so busy one day a week but starting next week no matter what i am making time and will be at the gym at leasgt 3 times a week.

I walk for an hour and workout daily.

i have 2 workouts daily in the morning and in the evening. Morning routine is usually breakfast then a 2.5 mile walk/jog. The evening workout is rougher! I either strive to run more or run up and down stairs for 30 mins with jumping jacks, push ups, step aerobics, and some walking. This is not every day it changes according to weather and how i feel. Im striving for a healthier life and im going to accomplish it.

I hula hoop on my lunch break and sometime do active things on the weekends. (though less so if the weather is rainy... but I'm in a desert so it is usually ok)

I work out a little bit every day in the morning and a bit more intensely once in the afternoon.

I voted 3-4 but on a good week it's 5-7 times...life just gets in the way.
