I got to thinking the other day, and I think I've known maybe two people who have a set schedule they change their sheets on, and I was wondering how often everybody here does.
How often do you change your sheets?

When it was just me in the bed, it wasn't ever something I really thought about. If I realized one day "whoa, those sheets used to be a different color" I'd change them. Or if the season was changing and I needed thinner or thicker sheets. Now that I share a bed with my husband, the sheets definitely get changed more often, although it's still not something I ever remember to think about until I get in bed and realize that the sheets stink from him sweating. I know I probably should change them more often, but if it's something that doesn't bother either of us that much, it just isn't a big deal.

I usually clean mine every couple weeks or so. And I clean them again whenever my partner comes to visit. I always want super fresh nice sheets when I'm sharing my bed.

I try my hardest to do it every other week, but sometimes we get too busy or just forget. it never goes more than a month though.

At least every two weeks. We got a new dryer that makes the sheets (I insist on flannel sheets!) nice and comfy.

When I remember too.

Between 2 weeks to a month. If I know my boyfriend is coming over and that we're going to be in my bed I always wash them first. But that doesn't happen very often.

Once a week to every two weeks or so. I have a small dog that sleeps with my boyfriend and I and I couldn't go any longer than two weeks without changing them or I would likely freak out.

Every other week or so, we have three dogs and they shed a lot of hair. Back when I worked at the steel shop they were changes every week, seems a shower every day does not get everything off.

When I read the option, "Never, I don't sleep with sheets" it made me think you meant top sheet, but I'm not so sure... maybe you meant both fitted and top?
So, anyways, lol I chose two things to cover my bases. I chose the option I already quoted because I don't sleep with a top sheet.

it all depends on how freaky hubby & I get.. We have sex every day, sometimes many times a day. So either weekly or every other...

When they start to feel dirty or especially wrinkly. That's probably about once a week to two weeks for us. B doesn't care, but I'm obsessed with clean sheets.

I have struggled with acne for like, 7-ish years. And I've finally got it under control (thank you, 4 perscription drugs), and one of my dermatologist's things is "change sheets every week, if not more often." It seems to work as I can't remember the last time I had a breakout.

but i'm also the weirdo who has to wipe all the crumbs out of the bed before sleeping in it... ESPECIALLY at my boyfriend's house. his dog tracks hair, dust, dirt, and all kinds of other shit that feels like sand on my naked skin in bed. yucko.

It's just me in my bed so I just wash them when they get too dirty/smelly for me to stand them.
My mom washes hers about twice a month.

We usually go every other week, sometimes longer, but more frequently we'll go shorter, more like a week. It all depends. Also, we always use Clorox 2 on the sheets. They last so much longer.

There's nothing like a clean set of sheets to sleep on. I change them when I think about it.
11/01/2011
Every other week....the babies I change every week or less.
11/01/2011
My friend changes hers weekly. I think she irons them, too. I change them when I realize they need it, usually about once a month. But I wish I was disciplined enough to do it more!

I wash my sheet about once a month.

Usually every week sometimes a few days more just depends on what's happening in my life. Still have to change them more often if we forget the liberator throe.

So... I guess it's time to change my sheets.
Seriously, I try to do it every other week, but sometimes they get ignored and put of for another week.
I guess it's not very often that I can say "Thanks to Eden I have clean sheets!"
lol.

Every other Sunday. I own a staggering two sets of sheets.

I have a 15 week old baby -- so it's whenever she messes them up with poo, pee, or puke. That tends to be about once a week. :/
