How often do you change your sheets?
11/02/2011
Once a week - every weekend. It's only me in the bed and I shower every night before getting in, but ya still sweat and lose skin during the night and I can't stand sleeping in old sheets. I LOVE the fresh crispness of a freshly made bed.
Plus, I get bored easily and need my sheet colours rotated often.
I sleep with both bottom and top sheet cause it helps protect the blanket from having to be washed each week.

I change the sheets once a week, or more if someone is ill.

I love clean sheets, but I get so busy with kids that our sheets get changed about once a month, the boys are every day or two because the youngest seems to keep spilling stuff on them so I'm always washing his.

I try to do it every couple of weeks, sometimes I forget. We have a fleece blanket instead of a comforter that we often play on top of, so that gets washed when I start to notice snail trails. I always try to wash them right after I get off my period, though. I know it's mostly in my head, but the bed just smells like "period and period products" to me until I wash the sheets.

every week. hate sleeping on dirty sheets.

I change my sheets every Sunday (laundry day). Sometimes my kids sneak into my bed at night and every once in a while they will have an accident. So then I have to change the sheets more often.

Depends if I am dating someone or not.

I change my sheets once a week when I do my laundry.

Depends, either weekly, or every couple of weeks.

About every two weeks. My cats like to take over the bed and I don't like sleeping in too much cat hair.

It depends on what kind of fabric softener I use, ha! If I can't smell the fabric softener, I feel like it's dirty, at most it's once a week, I do have kids, and if they sleep in my bed for naps, or break into my room and dump sippy cups out, I change them more often.

I'm kind of a clean freak. I wash mine as soon as they no longer look nice and smell clean. Usually at least once a month, but when I'm working longer hours, I'll skip a couple of weeks. My bedroom suite is zebra print so my sheets, bedsrpread and pillows have white background and show everything! I even have burns on them from leaving my flat iron laying in one spot too long. Lol. Since my weiner dog sleeps with me and when I have the 2 year old she likes to eat in bed so I keep a towel on it at all times now! Lol. It usually takes a couple of months before they get dirty, but I like to be sure. I always take a shower before bed too! Lol. Can't risk getting the bed dirty. Ha Ha.
Just a tip: washing your pillow cases regularly will help prevent acne!

Every weekend. I have terrible allergies, and two gorgeous kitties. Plus, I live in the middle of "dust town".

I change mine once a week.

I aim for every week, but I've a terrible memory, and it's more like two to three weeks.

Not often enough!! I only remember to do it about once a month, or if I make a mess (I will hopefully get a Liberator Throe soon!)

When it was just me in the bed, it wasn't ever something I really thought about. If I realized one day "whoa, those sheets used to be a different color" I'd change them. Or if the season was changing and I needed thinner or thicker sheets. Now that I share a bed with my husband, the sheets definitely get changed more often, although it's still not something I ever remember to think about until I get in bed and realize that the sheets stink from him sweating. I know I probably should change them more often, but if it's something that doesn't bother either of us that much, it just isn't a big deal.

at lest once a week or if I feel they need it
11/26/2011
At home I usually don't too often, but I probably should a lot more. In my dorm it's about once a month or so, or whenever they smell weird because our room is always hot x.x

Before kids it was once a month but now that I have three kids I don't know it's probably every 3 months.

I pick up my house daily. Lick most do. But I really clean once a week and that is when I change my sheets. Now I will change them in the middle of the week. I love the way clean sheet smell and feel. But hubby says I am a clean freak.

I'm glad I'm not the only lazy person here.

Probably Every Other Week. More Often If It's Hot In My Room And I Sweat
12/16/2012
About every week/week and a half/2 weeks, more often if need be. It's rarely longer than that.
