Once a day for me!
How often do you shower/bathe?

I shower every day- sometimes twice a day depending on the level of activity from that day or if I've gone to work or not.

It depends, for me.
Most days I take one shower- After I wake up.
But if it was a tough day at work, or I felt gross, I'll take one after work.
=u= But sometimes I'm lazy, and I won't shower for a few days. But that's only if I don't have to leave the house.

Using tons of detergents on your skin every day is so bad for it!

Every other day. I have dry skin and hair, and if I shower every day, I get scaly and my hair falls out even more quickly. If I've been working out and sweating, I give the sweaty parts a quick rub-down with white vinegar if it's not a shower day, so I don't have to cover myself in lotion just to keep some of the natural moisture in my skin.
It's really damaging to the skin and hair to use a ton of detergents on it all the time, not to mention the environmental impact of using that much water for bathing every single day. I've had people ask the secret to my beautiful complexion, and they all seem stunned when I tell them that I wash my face with natural soap every other day, no more, unless something is actually on my skin that needs removing. less

Also, when your body is used to being showered every day, it sort of freaks out and goes into oil over-production mode. So then if you don't shower the next day you feel super gross.
If you spread your showers out a little, and let your body have the oil it wants to have for more then a day, oil production slows way down, and you don't feel gross the next day.

Once a day or more if I go to the gym or have a long shift at work.

Every other day. It's unhealthy to wash your hair every day.
