How many times a day do you usually eat?

I snack pretty much throughout the day, but my family eats meals so I also nibble at those.

3-4 smaller meals, but I also eat an extra meal on days I work out. Of course it's a healthy meal, though some days the idea of just grabbing a pile of junk food to snack on is tempting.
