How many languages do you speak?

Fluent in English, though it's not my first language, and I can get by in another.

I know a bit of German from high school but I'm proficient in English only.

Je parle francais mais pas tres bien. Et du latin et les deux anciennes langues anglais aussi.

I speak English fluently and am so-very-close to fluent in German (my writing is practically fluent, my speaking is slightly less great)

I'm only fluent in English, but still pretty close in French. I can muddle through in pretty much all the major European languages.

English is my native language, and I am trying to learn German, although I think my 4 year old is picking it up much faster than I am.

Just English, but I can speak quite a bit of Japanese.
01/21/2013
I only know 1 language and there are times I'm not that fluent in that one!!

Fluent in English, and somewhat decent in Japanese.

Only "fluent" in English, but we travel...a lot, so we have "get by" vocabularies in French, German, Russian, Spanish, and a tiny bit of Portuguese.
