I’m not sure. Some days I want multiple times a day, and wonder if anyone will be like me. And other times I just don’t want to do anything at all. I must say that’s usually from feeling depressed or in pain, when the lower back isn’t feeling good. So, unencumbered mentally or physically, I’d say pretty high. But we all go through changes, even in the drive. You guys have been reminding me that I need to workout more!! I love movement. And squatting is good too. ?? Makes me feel good, that’s for sure!
