I cry sometimes but not that often.

I cry at the drop of a hat. It even annoys me since half the time I don't even know why I'm crying. I'm just super emotional.

I don't cry at sad films but I do tend to cry if I've been holding onto stress or tension, I definitely cry more often than I'd like.
