I find myself shifting from left side to right side. I think I do this several times per night. Something to do with my arms and shoulders getting numb on the side I'm on at the time.

Considering at this moment I've had 5 hours sleep in the past 4 days I figured I'd vote "sleep? what's that?".
When I do sleep I tend to always fall asleep while laying on my stomach and wake up on my back somehow. With no exceptions - I think it's odd, but then again I never compared it to anyone else's sleeping habits.

I have trained myself to switch from a side sleeper to a back sleeper. I find the back position is more neutral, less painful for migraines & I get the added benefit of no cleavage or face wrinkles.
