"Ray-men"? That's like saying "tay-coes" or "chimi-chayngas". Come on, guys. "Ah, eh, ee, oh, oo - arbolitos de Peru (the little trees of Peru)." No, ramen isn't Spanish, but the sounds made by a, e, i, o, and u are usually the same, as transcribed into our alphabet.

Oh, that does sound good! One of my favorite ways to doctor it up is to add a veggie mix like broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, then stir in a raw egg or two while cooking, and maybe some chopped garlic. Mmmm.
