I buy a lot of panties from Victoria's Secret when they have their sales. Yes, they are more expensive but they last a lot longer too. I have panties I bought from Walmart..I think they're fruit of the loom and hanes and I bought them at the same time I bought some of the cheekies panties from VS. Well the pair of Hanes have the elastic getting all frayed and that's painful and looks horrible and the Fruit of the Loom ones are getting all thin in areas. Now my VS panties are looking brand new and they have no issues of thinning or elastic issues. So, in the end the VS panties I think are a much better buy. And then you can buy without having to worry about it being in packs.
I THINK though if I remember right that Target had some in packs of all black. They also sometimes have underwear in bins that you buy separately but they're pretty cheap so it wouldn't be that much more than if you were buying a pack. less
