I shower every other day, although I have been known to go longer on occasion.

I only shower every other day, because I have dry skin and hair. Showering every day makes both conditions worse.

I did go up to five days without showering when I was younger - no one explained periods to me when I was a kid, and when I first got mine, I had this idea that if I stepped into the shower, there would be blood everywhere, and it would be impossible to clean. So I would wash my hair with the detachable showerhead, and clean off my sweaty spots with a paper towel dipped in vinegar.

I dont work and never have anywhere important to go so why waste water? = p I actually had someone the other day tell me I smell good and I hadnt showered that day... hee hee

While I really like how clean I feel after a shower, I'm pretty damn lazy, so if I'm not leaving the house, I'm not taking a shower. My husband is the same way. I have really long hair and when I'm home, I usually have it up, so it stays pretty clean. If I leave it down, it gets really greasy and I have to wash it every day. But, as long as it's up, it's manageable. We've gone quite a while without showering, but after 3 or 4 days, I start feeling grungy and craving my scrubbie washcloth, so I guess that's where I top out.

I've gone a couple days, usually the morning of day three I feel disgusting and force myself in the shower.

I try and shower every day if I can.

I may go 2 days occasionally if I have nothing to do or I'm sick/unable to get to a shower for whatever reason. Any longer than that and I feel gross though.

But don't even remind me about my stinky teen days. I'm not going there.

I once went five days without showering. Yay lazy college student life.
(My partner was out of town, though. Definitely would've spruced up if I had anyone to see outside of my classes!)
