My ex was funny about buying feminine items..he just would not do it whatsoever. My current bf will go pick up what I need, but he will not buy the condoms. He'll pick em out and hand em to me to pay for. Men..go figure

My husband hated to do that but he would, now he has to since we have a teenage daughter.

He used to hate to buy condoms when we were dating, because he used to say that it never failed that when he went to buy them, there would always be an elderly lady there that reminded him of his grandmother.

I remember my mom sent my older brother out to get me pads one day. He went to the convenience store nearby and got the pads that you were supposed to have the belts with. That box was soooo dusty, of course mom made him take it back and go to CVS instead.

I will typically buy anything I'm not personally against. This means having razor blades, light bulbs and lube in the cart and seeing what funny looks I get as I check out.

What? My front porch bulb burned out and I need to shave! Oh and the lube is for later.

Dang....how long ago did that happen? I think companies stopped producing the belt-type pads in the 70s after adhesive pads became popular.

I have to agree here! NOTHING bothers me. I have purchased everything from Tampons, to bras and nylons for my wife, only because I am working a deal at the store, like Target!! I've even purchased Miconazole nitrate for treating yeast infection!!

So nail polish. . . . there may be a need for a man-to-man talk with your son!!!

The funny thing is there are quite a few men who wear nail polish, and I am not just talking about guys in rock bands. Many men who work in professional settings where appearance is important will wear a little clear polish to improve the appearance of their nails. Some companies even make clear coats for men. Essie Man-e-Cure and Orly Nails for Males come to mind. Finally, there are companies marketing colored polishes to men, such as Manglaze and BB Couture for Men.
