I like different things. But tend to do a lot of walking along with my workout from therapy for my back.

I just had to throw Sex in..... naturally And there are soo many ways to workout it was interesting trying to summarize as many as I could for the poll. I love seeing the results on these! Thanks everyone! Happy 4th of July and enjoy your exercise in any shape or form ya like it!

elipitical machine is a standard for me but you are soooo right about sex... yup the best way to work up a sweat

I prefer walking outside or doing yoga at home.

I ride my bikes along the trails by my house. Stationary bikes never made sense to me. Takes something pleasant and utterly ruins it.
