I run. On the treadmill if the outdoor conditions are not great but typically outside. I also do weights a little bit. And SEX!

I miss rock climbing. We used to have a good climbing gym just a few minutes away, but now the closest good one is over an hour away.
I like strength training, as well as a variety of aerobic activities: cycling, swimming, running, walking, elliptical, skiing... this time of year, cycling is the main one.

The elliptical is fun.. I'm not a runner... I hate treadmills.. Walking is nice..i need to start doin weights.

I walk and cycle a few times a week and enjoy it, find it hard to keep up any exercise I don't genuinely enjoy. I used to kick box which was fun too.

Sex first, then dancing. I got a stationary upright bike recently to up the difficulty. My boyfriend and I have a deal that I have to do one pushup for every three he does. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) he likes to work out a lot, so my "requirements" end up being more than I'd like.
