I love chocolate chip ones, then you don't need syrup. Also, I like making ones with bits of fruit in it. Then mixing that fruit frozen with pecans in syrup, microwaving it till warm and topping the cakes with that.

I do not like pancakes.. but maybe that is because I've never had any good ones before.. the ones you mention in the poll sound yummy.. like, banana. I would like to try banana and chocolate chip. Both in one pancake. I think I might like that!
