Up until recently I only thought there were two areas you could get herpes, your mouth and your genital. But, now I'm learning you can get ... more
This virus needs to be given more air time. It can be passed by rubbing your eye, it also can travel up your nose into and go into your eye..

Pink Eye is neither "The Clap" (gonorrhea) nor chlamydia. (They are two different diseases. Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are NOT the same infection.)

Most Pink Eye is either from the many cold viruses or from Staph or Strep.

ANnd herpes? Yeah. It's everywhere. The chance of you making it to your 30th birthday and not contracting it are virtually nil.

And, herpes does NOT go "up the nose and into the eye." There has to be direct, usually hand, contact between a sore and the eye. It's still pretty uncommon in humans, herpes infections of the eye, I mean. Not herpes, itself, that stuff is everywhere.
