Ever eaten churros? Do you LOVE them?

Aw what a bummer! Sorry to hear that. Fried icecream wasn't as great to me as all the hype made it sound.

Thanks everyone for sharing your likes/dislikes! I really was surprised to see there were several people who do not like them!

So do you guys love churros as much as me!? Is there a person out there who actuaally dislikes (gasp!) churros?
I remember years ago when I first ate a Chinese donut -- it was true, passionate, kinky love! Lol. Okay, not kinky, but I fell in love instantly and to this day, we MUST have one or two or four of them when we go out to eat at a Chinese or Asian restaurant. Churros, which I was only recently introduced to, remind me a lot of those Chinese Donuts, except they have cinnamon and usually, a Chinese donut does not.
In case you have no idea what I'm talking about, here's what a churro is:
And this is the equally delicious Chinese donut:
Have you guys had both? Do you LOVE them both?
They're basically just the most amazing fried bread covered in sugar. A churro is like a Mexican donut and very similar to the Chinese donuts only they're shaped all twisty and have cinnamon. less

Yes! Churros are yummy.
01/25/2013
Churros are amazing! I haven't had one in so long. Now I want one
01/25/2013
Oh I freaking love 'em! Use to be a food truck in Pittsburg that sold them. Buy a dozen every morning. Ohhhhhh memories!
01/25/2013
They look tasty, though the name doesn't sound that appetising.
01/26/2013
I want some right now! They would go perfect with this coffee. Waah.
01/26/2013
I made homemade ones once it was cool. I love them!
01/26/2013
I LOVE churros. Back in high school, the cafeteria would occasionally sell them and my friends and I would always grab some. No Mexican restaurants around here sell them, unfortunately But I'm always on the lookout.
01/26/2013
I've had them both, and they're ok.
01/26/2013
Chinese donuts I can live without but I've never tried a churro. I try to stay away from overly sugary foods but I'll try one here and there if it's something new.
01/26/2013
Churros are pretty amazing! I like funnel cakes too and I make some pretty awesome ones at home lol... I've never heard of the Chinese Donuts though
01/26/2013
Never had either
01/26/2013
I like good ole fashioned doughnuts best.
01/26/2013
I've eaten them but I have never had a super freshly made one. I'm sure I will love them then but I haven't had one to try.
01/26/2013
ive had both and they are magical. om nom nom!
01/26/2013
I have never heard of them, but they look delicious!

Yummy!
01/26/2013
Oh, honey! I've had both chinese donuts and churros and they are too good for words. A take-out place around me will include donuts for free for orders above a certain amount, which is of course, my death sentence...
01/26/2013
They're good, I haven't had them in a while.
01/28/2013
I love them!
01/28/2013
I've never heard of either of these but I'll be keeping an eye out for them now. They sound delicious!
