Do you work out regularly???

I work out with weights three days a week for many years now. I think it really helps if you just make it part of your lifestyle. Same with eating healthy (or as healthy as you can).

Normally I'm out jogging and walking at least 3X per week, but I broke a toe and had some other surgery, so I'm down for a bit. Once I can move a little better, I'll at least start walking again. I don't do weight training anymore, too many pulled muscles and neck tension, even with proper warm-ups, weights, etc...

I do Zumba twice a week, walk 2 miles 5 days a week, and occasionally throw in extra strength training or yoga.

That is a DOUBLE good thing...you are keeping your pup in shape too. We have two that need to shed a few pounds. Sadly, they cannot go dance with us, but we DO need to take them on more walks (they have a a big fenced yard and come and go as they please through two different doggy doors.

yep..5-6 days a week in some sort of way..if we are home, we work out in our gym , if we are away, we will at least get some brisk walking in.
