Do you weather leg?

My body temperature zone for sleep is very specific. So I sleep naked. I don't get "a little chilly," or "a little too warm." I get frozen or I sweat to death. My solution? A huge pile of blankets at the foot of the bed in case I or my boyfriend get cold, and a sheet to separate the fleece he loves from my sensitive body. And if I get hot, no weather body part for me is gonna work. Off come the blankets and sheets I AM using,, usually to be piled onto my boyfriend, who loves blankets, at least till I can breathe again. Which usually takes a good half hour or more.

Makes it difficult to stay cool enough for sleep when I also can't stand, at least when I'm TRYING to sleep, to have anything but my head sticking out of the blankets. Sometimes I even cover my face. Rawr on my ridiculous body heat. -_-

I will occasionally weather arm when I am hot, but I prefer to be wrapped up in a cocoon.

I think they use it to balance their body temperature while in bed. I think......

I'm not sure. I keep all my body parts IN the bed. Hanging body parts out of the blankies can allow monsters to get you!

Ha Ha I totally get this! I feel suffocated if I am completely under the covers. I like to be nice and warm but with a leg or arm touching a cool sheet. I also flip my pillow to the cool side several times b4 falling to zzz land.

It's usually a warmer weather thing, or if you're feeling really warm underneath the blankets so you stick out an arm or a leg or something.

I've always done this with my leg. I didn't realize there was a term for it.

My husband and I now make the bed with the bottom of the sheet untucked on my side to accommodate for my weather leg. I didn't realize i did it, he noticed me doing it night after night and was the one to inform me! i started realizing how often i do only after that.

I hardly ever do this, but if I'm sick or not feeling well for some reason sometimes it's necessary.

There goes Sam, making me feel like less of a weirdo by proving I am not the only weather-er out there!
