No, I walk the track in my area and excersize in my home.
Do you run?

No thanks. My knees would be very angry if I ran much.

It depends, usually only when i have to or if i'm hyper..

I've had bad knees since high school. It's really hard for me to jog or run. If I'm exercising, I will sprint - it doesn't seem to hurt as much later.

Not anymore. I have young kids now and have bad ankles, but I used to run all the time. It was very relaxing for me. I'd love to start up again, but there's noone around that would run with me. My best friend is a Marine, but there's no way I could keep up with him and I don't want to slow him down. Plus, we don't live close enough to each other to be feasible. Maybe one day I'll be able to pick it back up.
How did I get into it? I used to run track in highschool, but that was over a decade ago.

I run to catch the bus sometimes but that's about it.

I run 2-4 times a week (depends on my schedule) with my friends. I used to be able to do 5 miles, easy, but I play a full contact sport and I got flipped over another girl. I sprained my back, and a minor head injury meant no physical activity for about 6 weeks (when the doctor gave me the ease back into it okay.) Now, I can do a mile comfortably. Gotta build back up.

I run at home using runner machine once a week. I consider my self a non-runner guy

I go to the gym once in a while. Maybe run once in a blue moon.
