Depends on the environment. In my profession there are primarily females around and I enjoy that just fine. When I worked in a business environment then male as there seems to be less drama. I think it just depends on the work. As long as people leave me alone I think everyone is capable..I just don't tolerate BS that well.

I've only had one male boss and I did not like him, I think some guys could be okay to work for but generally I like working for women better.
