I do not have a rule like this, but I think it works for some people

I've heard about the number of dates rule, but honestly it's somewhat of a foreign concept to me. I never just went on a date with someone, as in going for a date with no further emotional attachment. I was either with someone, or I wasn't.

Part of the reason the idea of just dating seems strange to me is probably because I met my husband when I was pretty young.

I always waited until I felt comfortable. Not an exact time period.

I wouldnt call it a rule but I dont have sex till im comfortable wit the person
