I like baking pretty much anything. My favorite is cupcakes and cookies. I haven't been able to bake anything lately because our oven runs too hot on one side and not hot enough on the other, so stuff always comes out ruined.

I can bake anything vegan better than its non-vegan version. I like experimenting with flavors. A couple days ago, I made a lemon poppyseed cake with rosewater ginger frosting. I really like making mint things, or lavender. I like making unexpected or rarer flavors with everyday stuff and combining them in ways other people don't usually try. I have my own recipes I've been perfecting for almost a decade, so it takes a lot for me to be impressed by other people's baked goods. I'm a bit of a snob about it.

Muffins, cake, cookies. My specialty is what's called a German Cake and no there's no Chocolate in it. It's more of a Peach Torte and the cake portion is like shortcake. The recipe was given to my family eons ago when I was a little girl by a European woman who use to live next door.

I bake occasionally. I prefer to grill.

I love baking cakes, but I don't do it very often.

I used to, and I used to be really good at it, too. But our household had to go gluten free, and it's just too overwhelming and honestly, I haven't had good enough results to do it often. Oh well!

If I had a dishwasher and a bigger kitchen I might get more into it!
