Honestly I like the RESULTS of baking, but I'm TERRIBLE at it! I can never make anything that doesn't directly come from a recipe, they never turn out. I'm a good cook, just not a baker

I love to bake cookies, cakes, muffins, breads, meats and casseroles. I tend to bake much more frequently during the fall and winter months.

I don't mind occasionally baking but we can't eat carbs/sugar much anymore so sometimes it just doesn't make sense to do it.

I am not domesticated... Once in awhile I make cookie dough... Because it is awesome. My boyfriend actually turns it into cookies once I have had my fill of dough.
