I do, but only on the back of my neck, and it only started after having my second child.
Do you get "night sweats"?

I'm not perimenopausal yet, but due to some other health issues, I do get night sweats from time to time. I will wake up drenched, with my bedclothes drenched and anything I'm wearing will be drenched (if I wore something to bed that night) and I'll be shivering cold.
The real "night sweats" are (as other members have mentioned) quite different from waking up kind of sweaty during the night.

First Aid for Night Sweats: Keep a towel and a dry nightie and panties at the foot of the bed. Some non talc powder helps, too. Too many times, I had to get up, turn on my closet light and find a dry nightie, then go and get panties, then do into the bathroom to get a dry towel to lie on.

I learned (before I got on the estrogen supp) to put these, plus some non-talc powder near the bed, so I could take care of the issue as soon as it happened. Otherwise I'd be awake for a while after moving around the room.
Good luck.

Exactly. When it first started happening, my husband bought me a pile of beach towels to keep near the bed.
