I noticed I gained a little bit because I don't go out unless I really have too. I really don't eat to much then normal.
Do you gain weight in the winter?

nope

Used to but now losing it, just don't feel like eating.

Yeah.......I really do. Holidays. They get me.

Pretty much every winter, though it's usually not all that much.
There's no room in the house to keep exercising once the cold weather hits so I cut back on it a lot.

I tend to lose weight in the winter, actually. Not very much, but just enough for me to know that I'm forgetting to eat as much as I should (I get really lazy when the snow starts).

My weight is pretty stable. So far in my life, I find that winter also coincides with breaks, which reduce my stress -- usually means that I weigh less since I'm not comfort eating and I tend to take time for myself as a matter of course.

Don't know or notice

I don't gain weight. I do get out of shape from less exercise.

I did gain weight during the winter once or twice as a teenager, but really my weight doesn't fluctuate that much. I've gained over the past several years, but that's nothing to do with the season. I've probably stayed at the same 93 (sometimes it's 95 and it's been 94 once in the last 2 years) for about 3 years now. I am surprised I don't gain weight in the cold because I do a whole lot less outdoor activity and move less because of the cold. I guess being cooped up in the house for the winter makes it really easy to gain, especially if you're cooped up with tasty treats! LOL. I have overdone it with my peanut butter cookies this week, but my eating habits haven't really changed enough throughout this winter for me to gain.

I am certainly excited for warmer weather though! I hate winter. I start getting weird because I ain't able to get out near as much as I do during warmer months. I don't think I've ever been so ready for spring to arrive!

I think most people tend to. So far I've lost some.

No, I don't think so.
