I tried thinking about Sharpe (of the Cornwell books) and his wife (I had a thing for the Portuguese a while ago)as a Dom/sub couple - with Sharpe as the sub. I'm surprised it didn't scare me off Sharpe altogether! But I do like that Miranda Lawson, though. She's the reason why I got into Chuck.
Do you fantasize about fictional characters?

I love the AVATAR that Sygorny Weaver played in AVATAR!!! However I realize it is not a "game" character, per se.

Part 2: Continuation
Another video game genre that is picking up steam is "Massive Multiplayer Role Playing Games" or commonly referred to as "MMORPGs". Players create their own personal avatar and explore rich virtual worlds. Players can meet others, become friends, and even more in some cases. Players and their new found friends can go exploring, take on a giant monster or even rise to the top in an in-depth guild or government like system. MMORPGs are not bound by a certain sub genre like fantasy, but many are exploring new grounds like sci-fi and historical yet fictional worlds. New MMMORPGs that are based on popular books, movies and even other non MMORPG worlds, such as the current and forthcoming Star Wars MMORPGs.
Books are ancient and still ever popular, not to mention huge source for intriguing characters. With hundreds of thousands of published authors, to young upstarts, to a great yet unknown story teller, new stories and characters are almost limitless. Through the actors pen the character speaks to us. With every thought and action we learn more about our favorite characters, whether the character has been in one book, or the character is in several books within a large series.
Along with the many genres of books, we also have huge communities of fan fiction, some even endorsed by the original author of the works being modified or told in many different ways. We can find new characters and even characters we knew in new situations. One could argue that since said works are not from the original author we can not draw conclusions of previously used characters. Others could argue that they are not changing the character, and some may add they are further developing the characters.
Not a very old format, but still producing great stories and characters, the movie industries continues to provide great entertainment. Whether it is classic from the 1950s or newer and modern movies. Actors and Actress give the character an appearance and a voice to speak to us. Whether it is James Cameron's Avatar, or Gone with the Wind, movies still find a way to pull at our heart strings while providing us with in-depth and interesting characters.
Whatever it be, throughout history people have always been fascinated with fictional characters. Whether it be a peasant in the 1200s fascinated with a fable or tale, or the musings of a bard. Whether it is a modern day man or woman with his or her book, movie, or video games.
If you would like to share your fantasies or your fondness of a fictional character please feel free. Do you or your partner dress and act out your fictional crush or admirer? Or are you turned off by this? Please share with us.
Thank you for your time,

Lol I know a case where two adults found each other on WOW and got married but more often than not it's trolls who call me racial slurs, fail to believe i'm a woman, tell me to show tits, or just are in general 12 year olds who are just ridiculous. So I dunno, I guess that it would be fun to meet people my age on WOW and have fun but it seems more likely they would lie and secretly be a 45 year old man playing as a female healer night elf named "bubbleguumm" trying to pick up ppl lol. The internet is a haven of anonymity more often than not.

Oh my god I do too, One of my favorite fantasies is that I become a wearwolf and join the pack and find a dominant male to make me his. Her books are a great set up for the sexually minded. Though how she juggles so many men is beyond me.
