Tap - I'm fortunate that my well water tastes fine and we've had no health issues from drinking and cooking with it. And, we don't even need a water softener.

We sometimes buy bottled water when we travel - for convenience.

I drink tap water because it contains all of the electrolytes and minerals that some bottle waters leave out that are actually healthy for you.

tap, I have a filter on the sink just for drinking water.
