I feel like I probably DO dream every night, I just don't always remember it...
Do you dream every night?

Depends, some nights I dream more vividly then others and I remember, some nights I don't remember, or I don't dream at all.

I dream most nights and can usually remember my dreams in vivid detail, but often times I have forgotten most of the details by the end of the day and they become hazy. There are quite a few dreams that I can still remember in great detail from many years ago though. And sometimes I get little flashbacks of dreams I've had.

Oh and there are times when I forget if something that happened in the past actually happened or if I had dreamt it. But I was just wondering if any one out there is just like me.

I've never had a lucid dream either, if I realise I'm dreaming I wake up instantly. Would be amazing to be able to consciously control your dreams... not sure I'd ever want to wake up though.

I rarely dream, or at least remember them. I've never had a dream and been aware that I was dreaming.

I have vivid, colorful, story-like dreams, and I try to remember them as soon as I wake up (if they were good dreams).
Just a not-so-fun fact: Fluoride (marketed as a chemical good for your teeth), in some counties water and in toothpaste, actually kills the part of your brain that creates the chemical that makes you dream (along with other important functions). It's a really wonderful and incredible chemical, called DMT. My partner and I don't use ANY fluoridated products and stay away from fluoridated water.

rarely do i remember, thankfully.because mine are usually bad dreams. even the good ones turn bad in the end. i try not to take anything that brings on vivid dreams because of this.

A bit of all the answers. I dream most nights, and while a lot of the dream is vivid, some parts are foggy.

I'm sure I dream just about every night, remembering them is another story.

Just every once in a while, but when I do they are extremely life-like

I don't dream every night but when I do dream the dreams are extremely vivid and I usually remember everything that happened in them. There are even smells and colors in my dream.
