I don't count calories but need to
Do you calorie count?

I pay attention to the labels, and I have an idea about the calories of standard foods that I eat. I pay attention just enough so that at the end of the day, if I want a treat, I know if I've had a good day and can indulge a little, or had a bad day and need to hold off. Hubby is getting more nutritionally savvy, so now I can weigh the value of the calories I'm eating. I'll pig out on a good spinach salad, since I care more about the nutrients than the calorie count.
So incredibly specific counting, no. But enough that I can target a daily calorie goal.

Do you count calories during the day or just eat what you like? Personally I try to eat only when hungry and stop when full, I don't get obsessive about numbers. Curious what others philosophies are in this regard!

Nope, I don't calorie count. I have too many other things in life to worry about. I can't be bothered with having OCD over the calorie issue. I try to watch WHAT I eat, but Im not going to count everything.
