I always forget to get mine, and end up getting the flu or get sick before then, my doc says that I can't get the flu shot whilst sick.. soo.

Nope. I've never gotten the flu during the so-called flu season, I only used to when no one else seemed to have it and now I never get it at all.

When I worked in an office where you could conveniently go and get one for free, I did it a few times.

I was told by my doctor that I didn't need one. I'm not 'high risk'

I've never gotten one and I don't plan on it. I've gotten the flu during some flu seasons before, but it seems my immune system gets stronger for enduring it.
