I have eaten fries with many different condiments, but I mainly eat them plain (with salt) or with BBQ sauce. I would think that most people eat their fries with ketchup. But obviously everyone doesnt. So, what do you eat your fries with?

Ketchup (always Heinz!), or BBQ sauce. I'll eat them plain if there is a lack of condiments.

Ketchup and plain, though I would be willing to try them with a chocolate milkshake...
07/26/2011
I eat mine with a chocolate milkshake, it's deliciously wonderful. I also eat them with bbq sauce though. =]

Most often with ketchup. You forgot to include gravy, melted cheese, chili, Old Bay, and cheese curds (a la poutin).

Ketchup or Ranch dressing - depending on where the fries were purchased.

I used to eat my fries with ketchup and loads of it (sometimes mustard with the ketchup or mustard alone as well). But recently, I've started eating them plain because I can't stand the vinegar smell from ketchup (I hate vinegar) and plus, it's less calories that way (lost a lot of weight and want to keep heading that way).

Ketchup's good, but I prefer dipping them in mustard if I eat them.

99% of the time it's ketchup. Until I read the poll I totally forgot about milkshakes! I love doing that, but I don't order milkshakes too much.

Usually I prefer ketchup, but I also love bbq sauce and chili-cheese. There was this local burger joint that made a special mayo based, peppery, spicy sauce that I can't really describe besides being absolutely delicious, and I'm sad they closed.

If there's good honey mustard around (and I mean sweet honey mustard), then I'll take that. If not, though, I'll drip them in ketchup.

Usually with Ketchup but sometimes with sweet and sour sauce.

Pommes frites mit Mayonnaise! I first learned of Fries with anything other than ketchup when I first lived in Germany. Mayo was the preferred condiment in the area that where I lived there.
Cocktail sauce is quite good too though.

If I have my way, I like a home made sauce of BBQ, sour cream, honey mustard and Jalapeno Tabasco. (Goes great with chicken too) If I am at a restaurant I like vinegar and salt.

I like mine with Ranch dressing.
07/26/2011
Honey mustard, depending on the brand. Steak n Shake's is the absolute best. I hate ketchup and...pretty much all the other options. I do love dipping my fries in Wendy's frosties, though.

It has to be Heinz. My college tried to poison me by having Hunts in the dining halls.

Most of the time I eat them with Ketchup, but sometimes I use honey mustard or ranch dressing.

I worked at Chick-Fil-A when I was in high school and it was a thing to eat waffle fries with mayo. It stuck and I've eaten with mayo ever sense. I'm sure a heart attack is waiting for me eventually

I normally eat my fries with fried chicken, in which case I have ketchup, honey mustard, arby's sauce and sometimes mayo as dipping sauces.

It's always been hot sauce for me. Ever since high school. Occasionally I'll eat them plain but hot sauce is definitely the way to go for me.

i also like to occasionally use ranch or blue cheese dressing.
07/26/2011
I thought I was the only one who ate them with milkshakes (gotta be vanilla though!) I picked other though since I will eat them with just about anything, except mayo! Yuck!
07/27/2011
I said ketchup but I also enjoy them with gravy or cheese.
07/27/2011
I'm fond of sweet and sour sauce, or ranch.
