coffee puts me to sleep too! and gives me anxiety. i only drink it because of the taste, in sugar drinks, on occasion. tea is my relief, my comfort. it warms up the winters and chases away colds, if only temporarily.
however, tisanes of all kinds of healing herbs can be made to help relieve all kinds of symptoms, from insomnia to upset stomach to boils, and can even be used on a cotton ball a few times a day to heal wounds. i've done this with a rosemary/lavender/cham omile mixture before. helped alot! great disinfectant and healing agent.

I love both, but I am much, much pickier with my coffee. It has to be absolutely perfect. Tea I can drink pretty much regardless of how it's served. Hot, cold, sweet, unsweetened, foreign, etc.. It's all good with me.

So, voting for coffee? Voting for tea? Or how about both? Whichever you decide please tell us which coffee/tea is your all time favorite. For me, I am hands down a coffee drinker. I tried starting out many years ago with tea and just could not get a taste for it. So almost every morning I have a large cup of black coffee. I have tried probably 50 brands of coffee, most are very similar, but my all time favorite is First Colony Hawaiian Kona Blend <-- Amazon link. That stuff is absolutely amazing and I have never had a better coffee since.
So without further delay let the battle begin!!!!!! less
