Dance class tomorrow and I am making cookies. Toll House Chocolate Chip. HOWEVER, I just got three, nice big bars of dark chocolate and am debating cracking them up and making chocolate CHUNK cookies instead. SO...all you CHOCOHOLICS..help me out. Which sounds more yummy? Heavily Chipped Chocolate Chips or 65% Cocao Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate CHUNKS????

Chunks, but don't go overboard with them. Too much chocolate and you're basically eating a chocolate bar kind of held together by cookie.

WOW...that was my thought...but CHUNKS seems to be winning out. If I do ONLY chunks...there will be a LOT (half cookie, half chocolate). I am SERIOUS about my chocolate.

NO QUESTION...it is just what FORM that the chocolate will be in. I promise, these cookies are at least HALF chocolate. Mine are true CHOCOHOLIC cookies. I think only the texture changes (mouth feel, as they say) between chunk and chip.

Welcome to Earth, dear visitor from afar. We welcome you in peace. What planet did you come to us from? Did you have a good trip?

(no insult...just kidding. I am sure you have heard it all). It is funny, we have good friends, Korean family, and in Korea, they are just not into Chocolate as a desert, culturally. Their teen daughter, however, has become a chocolate freak in the three years they have been in the USA, and she LOVES the fact she can bring home really GOOD See's Chocolate and leave it around, since her sister and two brothers (and certainly her parents) won't touch the stuff.

You are not alone....but certainly not one of MY family!!!!
