Beer me too! Wine is definitely an acquired taste. I can’t get used to it. My wife has gone from beer to wine though. She started with sweet reds but now is on the table whites, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Gris. I don’t care...whatever gets her tipsy!

Haha, yes! For me it's beer and occasionally a couple mixed drinks I'll make up myself. I prefer that over wine anytime

Agreed...beers and totties for me too! I always keep it changed up with lighter beers and IPAs and/or whiskey or vodka!

I'll make a malibu bay breeze I think is what they're called. Occasionally I'll get some captain Morgan and mix that with whatever pop I feel like. It's just been a few years since I've done that. I've been sticking with the Malibu lately lol.

I also have been drinking seltzer beer lately. I've been enjoying the truly, lemonade kind

Yeah...Malibu makes for some good ones. Cranberry vodka and Squirt or Lemonade vodka, Sprite with a drop of cherry syrup are good!

I used to be a huge jack Daniels fan. I would just get too crazy and start drinking straight from the bottle. That was 10 years ago. I have calmed down a lot since then just don't know if I trust myself around jack anymore

I tried beer but didn't like it. I started out drinking coolers but then I got tired of those so I tried the sweet wines (the cheap ones). I liked those so I stuck with wine. Then I started watching my sugar and calories and found out that the reds were lower so I tried to stick with those. At first I didn't really like them but like SoloRebel said--it's an acquired taste. Now I like red wine!

What kind of red wine do you buy? Maybe I'll give it a try again! I just need to find the right one.

My favorite is Sweet Shiraz. Syrah and Shiraz are basically the same thing but the 'sweet shiraz' is better because it's more sweet, less dry. I also drink Merlot, Pinot Noir and Malbec but they are very dry wines and you have to get used to them. Don't get Port though. That taste like pure syrup--way too sweet!!! I made that mistake once but never again.
