I'm trying to cut down on sweets and a add in more healthy items
At this moment, are you on any kind of "diet"?

I used to suffer from an eating disorder & now I have to be careful about relapsing. I figure any day that I eat something is a good day.
After gaining a lot of weight due to medications, I try to focus on just dealing with my body the way it is & trying not to obsess over it.
So I'm fat, but I don't want to be on a special diet. I try to eat well & that's all, I no longer restrict myself. After the initial weight gain, I haven't gained more than 5 lbs in at least 15 yrs.

I am over weight and I'm comfortable with so I never diet. My husband does diet and when he is serious he gets SLIM! Currently he is not dieting though.

I am not on a strict diet, I just limit what I eat. I just tell myself "I don't eat that" instead of "I can't eat that." I let myself enjoy a piece of cake every now and then.

I strive to eat healthy, if that's what you mean. I never (read "infrequently") eat junk food, and if I do, it's fat free/sugar free.

I was relatively stable in my previous weight and comfortable with my body image as well. Now, a health issue has forced me to adopt a very low fat diet and give up alcohol... grumble grumble. And now after several weeks dealing with this I'm having to start purchasing pants because the old ones don't fit anymore.

I have never been on a diet but I try to balance what I eat. I workout almost daily, and feel fit. The place where I work, diets are always being discussed, from my cynical observation, what they eat and snack-on during the day is a sure thing for weight gain thus the ongoing diet discussions.
The will say to me "You are "lucky" not to have a weight problem" At times, I feel like saying, if I had a bagel with cream cheese or a doughnut @ 10:00am, I would have a problem.

Not really a "diet" but I am conscious of what I eat. I avoid high fructose corn syrup, white flour, and only eat meat about once a month.
