I usually have meat with dinner, and sometimes at lunch too.
I would be considered 'unhealthy' because I'm overweight (even though for the most part I 'feel' healthy) but the meat doesn't have much to do with that since most of what we eat meat wise is lean meats like chicken.
I'm also notorious for picking every bit of fat off my meat that I can find, because I hate the taste of it. x_x
