Not all BDSM people are into nipple clamping, although a lot of women and men do enjoy that sort of stimulation.

I for one, enjoy several BDSM activities, but nipple clamping or biting of the genital reasons. We all have our likes and dislikes, and levels of pain tolerance. To categorize us all like this is not what we are all about. If done right, our acts are consensual and loving. We have safety words in case of emergencies.

I'm sorry if your opinions are so strong, but if that's all you are told about BDSM, I feel you need to have more education on the concept, and not just hardcore BDSM.

Not hardcore BDSM, but we do have a drawer full of various restraints and cuffs...and another full of paddles, whips, floggers and crops. Nothing too hardcore, mostly just playful time between the two of us. We do like to push our boundaries a little.

I'm a Dom when actually playing, though I'm willing to indulge my beau in physical submission (letting him tie me up, gag me, paddle me, etc.). I don't view the physical submission as more than mild kink play.

With my sub, we've explored humiliation, CBT, denial, ruined orgasms, restraints, and a fair amount of other things that are kinkier than anything my beau and I get up to.
