No, I get very nervous and shaky!
Are you good at public speaking?

No, I'm not. I took a public speaking course but I don't think it helped very much.

I get nervous and studer

I think it depends on the topic. So sometimes.

I have no difficulties with public speaking.

I absolutely hate public speaking, so naturally I don't consider myself particularly good at it.

If I really know what I'm talking about then I'm alright at it

I totally blank, and do horrible unless I have notecards to read from. This happens during presentations for class, but I've found that I'm getting a lot better at talking to a group of students when I'm teaching workshops... so I guess in that setting I'm better at it.

I'm a great thinker, terrible speaker.

I actually enjoy it. I've given a lot of presentations and classes in Lactation and child care, and also had acting lessons as a child, so I was trained early to speak in public. I used to get stage fright a little when I was a child, but aside from a little adrenaline boost to get me going, I'm fine once I start talking.

NOPE
01/19/2013
I can do it, but I hate having that much attention on me.

Yep, I've been a performer and competitive public speaker/debater for most of my life.

I would be if I didn't have such bad social phobia. I am a good speaker in general, but not in a large group.

In my work, I'm often astounded at what I so often see, where those who speak well, are so full of shit on content. Far too often the facts are just wrong and/or the understanding of the ramifications of one activity is absolutely not what will happen.
I keep wanting and expecting that the higher ups in the organization are smarter than I am and at least competent in what they do. Every time that I hear them speak at a team meeting or on a conference call I'm disappointed.
However, they all certainly do speak well.
