i cant even nap for 10 or 15 mintues if i do i cant sleep at night.if im tired i must fight it untill night time then sleep.

I love napping, when I get the chance. My kitty falls asleep on my tummy and her purring puts me right to sleep

My boyfriend would sleep all day everyday if he could!

I think it's good to recharge your body sometimes, I know I don't always get enough sleep at night and if I need to, I'll nap.

I've cut down a looooot on my naps. My sleeping pattern is wonky enough as is! I nap if I can't keep my eyes open though, but only if I really, really can't stay awake.

We both like our naps, though my man can nap much longer than I can. I need to be careful that I don't nap too long or too late or I'll have trouble falling asleep that night. But there is really nothing like a little afternoon lay down!

I love naps, but I'm trying to keep my sleep schedule consistent so if I nap it's because I couldn't stay awake any longer.

Yep. I like to take 10 minute naps at different times of the day. It's a good thing I'm my own boss.
